Standard software is provided on the basis of the condition agreements between the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Home Affairs ("BMI") and Microsoft Ireland Operations

Limited ("Microsoft"), the so-called "BMI Framework Agreements". These benefits are obtained by joining the so-called Enterprise Agreement.
