In front of you is the Procurement Guideline for the European public procurement of an integrated BOR management system (Public Space Management) in accordance with the provision of the AW (Procurement Act). The municipality of Waddinxveen is the Contracting Authority of this Contract, the Client.

The reason for this tender is both the expiration of the support on our current BOR management system (GBI of Antea). As well as the fact that the municipality of Waddinxveen wants to make wider use of an integrated BOR management system. An integrated BOR management system that can be used for, among other things, inspecting, planning, budgeting, drawing specifications, registering completed work and exchanging information with the provision of information.

The client's goal is to purchase an integrated BOR management environment. An integrated BOR management environment with objects related to public space.
