The contest is for the delivery of printing services.

Option: Stavanger konserthus IKS will, in addition, often need profiling articles and effects. For example, stickers, picture cards, key bands, t-shirts, and other textiles. It is an advantage if the printing supplier can also offer this with short delivery deadlines.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.

Anticipated annual volume: NOK 1.0 million - NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT in a normal year. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.

Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 6.1 million excluding VAT.

Lots/ alternative tenders

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with the PPR §19-4, but finds that it is not appropriate for this procurement.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2022-01-01 until and including 2023-12-31, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with one (1) supplier.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
