Gryaab has as an ambition to have permanent staff but in sickness, parental leave or when co-workers change jobs/pension, there is sometimes a need to hire staff for a period, which is why we intend to sign a framework agreement.

Hiring will essentially be done to services within the workers' collective. As we need both administrative and technical staff, we intend to sign framework agreements with multiple suppliers.
