Hasselt is looking for a partner for the realization of a unique counter for customers (entrepreneurs, associations, citizens, [...]). To achieve this, Hasselt needs a combination of:
- a case system,
- a CRM solution,
- an open solution that:
1. can integrate various existing software packages;
2. can link well with authentic sources;
3. can forward data about customers to a data platform where they are combined with other data;
4. Can be seamlessly integrated into the digital channels of Hasselt (website, app still to be developed).
This assignment is part of the implementation of Hasselt's digital strategy. Hasselt is fully committed to customer-friendly, accessible digital services for all its customers via the digital platform Hasselt.
The assignment gives substance to the customer experience platform (through the realization of a unique counter integrated in the digital channels), the information system platform (CRM), the ecosystem platform (link with authentic sources and other external systems) and the data and analytics platform (opening up data about the customers with the intention of further optimizing the service).
