The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the district road no. 1555K Łososina Dolna — Ujanowice — Młynne section I in km 5+831 to km 12+000, on section II in km from 12+000 to km 15+902 in the village of Kobylczyn, Ujanowice, Strzeszyce, Krosna, Kamionka Mała, Laskowa Limanowski.
1. The order covers, in particular, the following scope of work:
1) demolition works (pavement milling, segmental demolition of pavement elements, drainage elements, protective barriers);
2) reconstruction of the road surface with adaptation to the category of traffic KR-4: elimination of breakthroughs, collapses, segmental replacement of the roadway structure with widening, reinforcement with steel mesh, execution of new bituminous pavement (profile, binding and abrasive layer);
3) construction of a hardened roadside;
4) the sectional construction of pavements and a bicycle-pedestrian
5) construction of bus bays, stop platforms, parking square;
6) the segmental construction of street lighting;
7) regulation of road drainage: performance of linear drainage, stormwater drainage, reconstruction of road culverts, overload of roadside ditches with partial laying of watershed beds, execution of absorbent wells;
8) staple strengthening of slopes with openwork plates;
9) reconstruction of intersections with municipal roads, exits;
10) the construction of a technological channel;
11) staple reconstruction of the colliding teletechnical network;
12) installation of traffic safety devices — protective barriers;
13) construction of segregation islands;
14) the performance of road markings: horizontal and vertical in accordance with the design of the permanent traffic organization;
15) execution of a project of temporary change of movement organization for the duration of the task and execution of post-construction surveying documentation on a scale of 1:500.
2. The detailed scope and method of execution of the works is defined in the documentation of the procedure, including in particular the design documentation, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, objects of works and the proposed provisions of the contract, which are annexed to the SWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Section 19 (3) (5) of the proposed provisions of the Agreement provides for the possibility of limiting the scope of the object of
4. The Contracting Authority informs that the remuneration payable to the Contractor for the execution of the object of the contract is planned for years, in the following amounts:
1) 2021 — approximately 15% of the contract value;
2) 2022 — approximately 39% of the contract value;
3) 2023 — approximately 46% of the value of the contract.
5. The Contracting Authority shall require a minimum warranty period for works of 36 months, calculated from the date of final receipt. The warranty period beyond the minimum period is a criterion for assessing tenders under the terms set out in point 21.2 of SWZ.
6. The Contracting Authority does not provide:
1) the Contractor's performance of a local vision; or
2) check by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the execution of the order available on the spot with the Contracting Authority.
7. The Contracting Authority shall not divide the contract into parts and shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. Offers not containing the full scope of the item of the order will be rejected.
