Telematic open procedure for the assignment of the low environmental impact service of school catering – organic canteen of the Municipality of Castelnuovo Magra (SP) for four school years for kindergartens, primary and secondary schools of 1st grade - CIG 92242289BE

The contract has as its object the assignment of the school catering service through the management of the Meal Production Center located in the Municipality of Castelnuovo Magra where meals are prepared for the Kindergartens, Primary and Secondary Schools of 1st degree located in the Municipality. The service may be extended to other users authorized by the contracting authority, even occasionally and, in this case, also in ways different from those indicated in the CSA (e.g. citizens who for temporary emergency reasons cannot provide for the realization of meals on their own). The Cooking Center in which the economic operator will have to enter its staff, based on the average of the data relating to the period prior to the Covid 19 health emergency, will have to meet the amount of meals for a total presumed annual number of 55,000 meals per year.

In relation also to the current health emergency, the Municipal Administration of Castelnuovo Magra (SP) reserves the right to agree on different methods of carrying out the service, with a possible remodulation of the contractual conditions, where the conditions are met, in agreement with the contractor.
