The Assignment is to prepare and carry out three rounds a year of four focus groups per round with residents of the Netherlands aged 18 and over. These four focus groups should have a reasonable distribution each round by gender, age, education, occupational status, migration background and urban and non-urban areas (inside and outside the Randstad).

In addition to carrying out the focus groups, the Client expects literal transcripts, a comprehensive reporting with indication and analysis including research accountability. Because the Client is in a transition phase to the COB 'new style' in 2022 (different frequency and a new appearance and method), the assignment will start in the second quarter of 2022.
