For the renovation of the building "Malvine-Weiss-Haus" in 3 construction phases, ventilation work is to be carried out. It is a clinic building for psychiatry and forensics.

The work essentially includes the following services:

Complete renovation of a psychiatric facility during ongoing operation in two construction phases (BA1 = UG & EG; BA2=1.0G & 2.0G).

Dismantling HVAC unit 10,000m3/h and entire ventilation technology incl. fire dampers,

Dismantling Sections by construction phase. Dismantling insulation on site.

Installation of new ventilation unit 10.500m3/h with indirect adiabatic cooling and water treatment,

galvanized channels up to edge length 1200mm approx. 1ooo m² and spiral duct up to

DN200 ca .700m. Ceiling swirl outlets, poppet valves and wall slot outlets.

Total number of BSK approx. 80 pieces with installation and bulkhead in solid components and drywall.

Thermal insulation and fire protection according to valid rules and standards.

Special features: Partial commissioning BA 1, external ventilation towers with connection to ground,

Excavation on site.

All installations vandal-proof and suicide prevention.
