This contract concerns the supply of the following products to the kitchens of the non-profit organisation Emmaüs:

- dishwasher chemistry: cleaning agent, bleach, glazing and desiccant

- kitchen chemistry: all-purpose cleaner, cleaning and disinfectant, detergent for use in foam installation, cleaner for stubborn stains, soaking agent for starches, ...

In short: all the chemistry needed to keep dishes and kitchen clean and hygienic on a daily basis.

The tendering party must be able to supply all the above products.

An indicative inventory of products will be provided when the application is published in a separate annex.

This contract also concerns the provision on loan of the required dosing equipment. This concerns both central and local dosing systems for kitchen hygiene and dishwasher, as well as stand-alone car wash systems. Some systems are connected to the water mains and others are not.

The duration of this framework agreement is set at a period of five years and can be tacitly extended 2 times by one year.

The order commences on the date as stated in the closing letter.

The purpose of this assignment is to find a partner for the above-mentioned products, where we can order at a good price/quality ratio (without guaranteeing exclusivity), with continuous support in the field of choices to optimize the products to be used.

Information regarding the non-profit organization Emmaüs

The Emmaüs non-profit organization offers health and wellness care. More than 7,000 employees are ready in a network of 24 facilities in the province of Antwerp to provide tailormade answers to every healthcare question. The Emmaüs non-profit association operates in the following domains:

• General Hospitals

• Mental Health Care

• Elderly Care

• Support people with disabilities

• Child, childhood and family

The facilities of the vzw Emmaüs are located in the province of Antwerp, mainly in Mechelen, Duffel, Ranst, Malle-Zoersel and Merksplas.

Delivery places and cost centres: The products and dosing systems must be able to be delivered to about ten kitchens in the province of Antwerp.

Every year Emmaüs vzw spends approximately 100,000 EUR excluding VAT on these products and systems.

The maximum value of this assignment is estimated, for a period of 7 years, at an amount of 1,225,000 EUR excluding VAT.
