The basis of the qualification module "Happiness in contact - smiling in care" are:

1. Goals of qualification

- perceive the effect of body language and the inner attitude in the nursing relationship structure,

- getting to know techniques in order to consciously use the present joyful attitude when establishing contact, in collegial cooperation and in building relationships with people in need,

- getting to know techniques to stay present, joyful and relaxed in stressful situations and special challenges,

- Having fun and fun with colleagues from different departments and experiencing it together. (Team building / promoting exchange / coming into contact),

- Improve the working atmosphere and dealing with people in need.

All suitable and interested companies are offered to conclude or join the contract subject to uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure.

The care funds of the AOK in Hessen u. the BAHN-BKK do not intend to conclude exclusive agreements within the framework of a so-called open house procedure with suitable companies for the purpose of promoting preventive measures within the meaning of the provision of § 5 SGB XI. The companies run:

- Qualification measures on the subject of "good cheer in contact - smiling in care" in the partially and fully inpatient care facilities through

- Share a so-called handout u. a certificate of participation to the participants,

- lead to d. Implementation of quality assurance using a feedback form,

- The overall evaluation of the feedback forms is sent to the AOK nursing care fund in Hesse.

It should be noted that the costs of the long-term care insurance funds for the performance of their tasks for the purpose of promoting preventive measures in accordance with Section 5 (2) SGB XI totaled EUR 0.30 for each of their insured persons in 2016. The expenditure is to be adjusted in the following years according to the percentage change in the monthly reference amount according to § 18 paragraph 1 of the fourth book. The reference value is determined by the group of estimates and is announced by the Federal Ministry of Health once a year in September / October. As a result, the amount of expenditure (financial resources that may be used in this context for the purpose of promoting preventive measures) is legally limited in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 (2) of the Social Code Book XI. The AOK nursing care fund in Hesse is on behalf of the nursing care funds to monitor the amount of financial expenditure stipulated by law for prevention services in accordance with Section 5 (2) SGB XI and only to promote the tasks stipulated in Section 5 SGB XI use. The AOK nursing care fund in Hesse has set up a controlling mechanism for this in your home.

The financial support ends upon written notification from the AOK nursing care fund in Hesse with immediate effect if it is determined in the context of the controlling to be carried out that the available and legally restricted financial resources could be exceeded or have been used up. In order to ensure that there is no exceedance, contractual regulations provide the following procedure in the context of the provision of services: The nursing facilities who want to participate in the qualification measure first inform the nursing care funds of their interest. Only after receiving positive feedback from a nursing facility from the nursing care funds is it possible for a nursing facility to take part in the contractual qualification measure. The nursing care fund will then notify the respective company by means of a written notification that it is now allowed to carry out the qualification measure. The care facilities select a company from a so-called provider directory, which carries out the underlying qualification measure for the care facility. The nursing care fund has no influence on this. The provider directory is made available to the care facilities by the care fund of the AOK in Hesse. The companies agree that their data will be included in the aforementioned directory and made available to the care facilities in Hesse after the contract has been concluded. The provider himself has no right to be considered when carrying out the qualification measure. As a result, the provider may have the underlying contract, but it may not be used once in the course of the contract; therefore in this case also has no right to remuneration.
