3.1. The material scope of the subject of the contract pursuant to the Act of 10 April 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 162) includes works in the field of felling trees and shrubs as well as logging and skidding wood, to be carried out in the Solec Kujawski Forest District in connection with the preparation of land for the construction of the S-10 expressway.

The material scope of the subject of the contract pursuant to the Act of 10 April 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 162) includes works in the field of felling trees and shrubs as well as logging and skidding wood, to be carried out in the Solec Kujawski Forest District.

The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of felling trees and shrubs and logging and skidding and resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ,

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law shall not exceed 25% of the value of this contract.
