Maintenance of public lighting, LED Retrofit, new works and associated services including but not limited to: operation and updating of the Councils DeadSure database, design of public lighting layouts, monthly night time patrols, Public lighting upgrades, maintenance of lighting on overhead electrical networks, structural inspections, electrical inspections,upgrade of existing lights, inspections of lighting installations prior to taken in charge by the Council, civil works for new lights. Where funding for additional work becomes available, Laois County Council may increase the contract to include for larger scale public lighting upgrade works.
