asbestos removal work (floors, pole and ventilation outlet on the roof), cleaning and partial demolition work (including flooring, ceilings, partitions, earthenware and interior joinery)

supply and installation of PVC flexible floor coverings, tiles, skirting boards and earthenware

Painting work on interior walls and partitions, interior metal works, wood joinery, ceilings, floors and exposed pipes

Removal work on an existing freight elevator and supply and installation of a PRM lift

High current work, weak currents and fire safety

Hydraulic heating, ventilation, mechanical smoke extraction and air conditioning

supply, assembly and dismantling of scaffolding up to R+11 including site lift and protective tunnels

Structural work including the creation of underpinning openings, the creation of hoppers in all levels for smoke extraction and ventilation and reinforcements of floor structures

Work of creation and condemnation of roof exits and creation of a path in roof terrace

External thermal insulation work on the facades on the 11 levels of the building in stone wool coated finish (with a composite mineral cladding solution in mandatory variant)

Replacement of the building's exterior joinery with aluminum joinery and sun protection (blinds and roller shutters)

Work to create an external staircase, railings, doors and gates and metal ventilation / smoke extraction grilles

Supply work and installation of insulating and distribution lining partitions, smoke extraction ducts and ducts, plasterboard cladding, suspended ceilings and miscellaneous elements
