Hadsel municipality and associated municipal enterprises shall enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of timber and building materials. The delivery will cover the municipality's need for such products at the right quality, price and delivery time in the contract period.

The expected total value of the contract is NOK 10,00,000 excluding VAT. Please note that the stated estimates are not binding for the contracting authority, but shall be regarded as indicative and shall indicate the scope of the tender.

The contracting authority intends to enter into an agreement with 3 suppliers that will be prioritised in accordance with the most advantageous tender.

The contract period is 2 years. The Contracting Authority has the option to extend the contract subject to verbatim terms, for up to 2+1+1 years, so that the total possible length of the agreement is 4 years.
