The consultation is made by open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles R. 2124-2 1º, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The services give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum order forms will be notified by the public purchaser as and when necessary. The holder will receive the order forms under the conditions defined in the SCC.
