the purpose of this contract is the operation and maintenance of the technical installations - composed of production and distribution equipment for heating, domestic hot water, ventilation, air conditioning, air treatment and related equipment listed in the CCTP - of the buildings of the main site of paris Dauphine University - pSL. This is a mixed contract: the contract sets all the contractual stipulations and will be executed for the most part in an ordinary way and for the remaining part as and when the need arises by the issuance of purchase orders to the holder

this contract consists of two parts. The 1st, majority and ordinary, is a Metering market with Profit-sharing (Mci) including services P1, P2, P3 and P3r, intended to become a mixed market MCI and Flat-rate Service with Profit-sharing (Pfi) including services P2, P3 and P3r from the connection of the university to the district heating network CPCU, provisionally scheduled for the end of 2023. The 2nd party, minority and purchase orders, is a framework agreement without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 250,000 euro(s) HT per year relating to additional services on demand that cover an unmet need under services P2, P3 and P3r during the execution of the contract at the request of the university or on the proposal of the holder as part of its environmental progress plan
