The proposed project titled: «Provision of configuration, hosting, and support services for the Integrated Procurement Management Information System (Tenders – Contracts), legal documents, project implementation monitoring, and personnel evaluation» constitutes a complete integrated information system, which consists of individual subsystems designed to upgrade and digitize existing processes. Its goal is to reorganize and enhance the operational and administrative capabilities of the General Directorate of Financial and Administrative Services (GDFAS), the General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance of the General Secretariat for Telecommunications and Postal Services, the Electronic Governance of Social Security S.A. (IDIKA), and the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA). The project aims for a radical redesign and substantial enhancement of the functional and administrative capacities of the aforementioned authorities, significantly improving their service efficiency and effectiveness. At the same time, it aims to tackle chronic pathologies of Public Administration through the adoption of a coherent, holistic, and integrated design for upgrading the public procurement monitoring system. In this direction, the project includes targeted interventions for the integration of advanced information and communication technologies, as well as the promotion of innovation in the field of contract management. Furthermore, it is fully aligned with the framework established by Law 4412/2016 «Public Contracts for Works, Supplies, and Services» (Government Gazette 147/A/08-08-2016), as amended and in force. Considering the complexity and innovative nature of the projects managed by the agency, the proposed project aims at continuous and effective monitoring of their implementation. In this way, the achievement of the required conditions for the successful execution and completion of the tasks is ensured, offering the agency enhanced capabilities for achieving its strategic goals.
