The University of Helsinki will put out to tender the structural design of minor renovations and alterations to the University buildings.

The acquisition concerns structural design tasks carried out in unidentified construction projects of the University of Helsinki Group (University of Helsinki Funds, University Properties of Helsinki Ltd and the real estate companies owned by them)

Based on the requests to participate, 5-10 companies will be selected for the tendering process.

On the basis of the tendering procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with 3-8 operators.

On the basis of the tendering procedure, 3-8 companies are selected with which a framework contract will be concluded.

For orders to be identified later, the subscriber places orders below the national threshold at its own discretion. In its consideration, the client takes into account the characteristics of the project, as well as the special expertise and experience of the contractors.

For orders above the national threshold, the client mini-tenders the design services from among the framework contractors on a project-by-project basis.

If the national or EU threshold for service contracts changes during the contract period or option periods, the aforementioned order terms and conditions shall be applied in accordance with the national threshold in force at the time.
