Administrative needs to be satisfied through the contract:

- Lot 1: data enrichment, is intended to improve the quality of existing data in companies and organizations. To carry out this process it is necessary that the original data be purified and standardized, so that the enrichment rate is sufficiently high and provides quality to the data,

- Lot 2: methods of analysis, aims to inspect, clean and transform data in order to highlight useful information, which will suggest conclusions, and will support the decision-making and research management.

Lot 1: data enrichment (maximum will be 15 months and 15 days). Term will begin on the date of signing the contract through the following phases:

- Phase 1: feasibility study of the proposed solutions.

Maximum term: 1 month and 15 days from the date of signing the contract.

The execution period will be suspended until the start date of phase 2, which will be indicated by the Contracting Authority,

- Phase 2: solution development.

Maximum term: 14 months from the beginning of phase 2.

Lot 2: analysis method (maximum will be 17 months and 15 days). Term will begin on the date of signing the contract through the following phases:

- Phase 1: feasibility study of the proposed solutions.

Maximum term: 1 month and 15 days from the date of signing the contract.

The execution period will be suspended until the start date of phase 2, which will be indicated by the Contracting Authority.

- Phase 2: solution development.

Maximum term: 16 months from the beginning of phase 2.
