The object of this award is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a maximum of three contractual partners per lot, in order to cover the temporary replacement/additional needs to support and carry out public contracts of SBK, by means of project-related consulting services. The consulting services must be provided taking into account SBK's internal guidelines and procurement law principles.

The order is placed via individual call-offs in the form of a direct or competitive call-off in which the scope of services is determined. The service components are called up in full or selectively.

The maximum quantity of the framework agreement is calculated on the basis of the total offer value + 25% for a contract term of 48 months.
