The object of the order is the removal of trees and shrubs from the surface of the habitat 7140 transitional peatlands and scraps (mostly with vegetation from Scheuchzerio-Caricetea) located on plot number 199, Belly, Subkowy Municipality, together with the elevation of biomass beyond habitat area 7140 and removal of part of the biomass from the site of the above plot (the total area of the operation is approximately 1,79 hectares). The object of the order is the removal of trees and shrubs from the area of the habitat 7140 transitional peatlands and scraps (mostly with vegetation from Scheuchzerio-Caricetea) located on plot number 199, Belly, Subkowy Municipality, together with the elevation of biomass beyond habitat area 7140 and removal of part of the biomass from the site of the above plot (the total area of the operation is approximately 1,79 hectares). The task includes:

• removal of birch and willow regrowth and tree raids from approximately 1,39 hectares of natural habitat lobe 7140 — a repeat of the procedure performed in 2020,

• removal of trees and shrubs from the area of approximately 0.4 ha of habitat lobe —birch from willow undergrowth; action carried out in the buffer zone of the habitat.

3. Plot no. 199 within Brzuśce, Municipality Subkowy belongs to the private owner.

4. The subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish and EU law, in particular: the Law of 16 April 2004 on the Protection of Nature (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1098). In the event of amending the abovementioned legal act during the implementation of the contract, the Contractor shall take into account these changes during
