Innovation partnership for the development and supply of electronic systems printing equipment by additive manufacturing "Fully 3D"
The purpose of this contract notice is to set up an innovation partnership whose ultimate objective is the acquisition of electronic systems printing equipment by additive manufacturing "Fully 3D".
The tenderers selected at the end of the procedure for the services defined in this Regulation will hold an innovation partnership set up by the CEA.
The innovation partnership covered by this consultation comprises several successive phases relating to the conduct of the research and development process and a phase of acquisition of the equipment, which is the result. The terms and content of these phases will be detailed in the "Innovation Partnership Project" document that will be added to the consultation file in the offer phase. The distribution of intellectual property rights will also be detailed in this document.
The successive phases are broken down as follows:
- PHASE 1: Conceptual analysis,
- PHASE 2: Integration of the tools on a common equipment platform (PoC),
- PHASE 3: Production and acquisition of equipment.
In accordance with Article R2172-20 of the Public Procurement Code, subject to having a sufficient number of tenders and as specified above, it is decided to put an innovation partnership with:
- 3 Incumbents for phase 1,
- 2 Incumbents for phase 2,
- 1 Incumbent for phase 3.
The selection of the Holder(s) at the end of phase 1 and 2 will be made in relation to:
- The achievement of the objectives set by the said phase;
- A technical-financial classification based on technical and financial criteria that will make it possible to judge the proper execution of these phases.
