Description:
The project aims to enhance access to quality education and training services through the procurement of various educational equipment and software, funded under the West Regional Programme.

The conclusion of public procurement contracts (supply) is realized within the project, "UAV - Modern Infrastructure", code SMIS 318393. The project is funded under the West Regional Programme 2021 - 2027. The contract that will be awarded leads to the achievement of AC results in correlation with the indicators of the mentioned project, with the following expected project results:

  1. Improvement of equal access to quality and inclusive services in education, training, and lifelong learning through the development of accessible infrastructure, including promoting resilience for distance and online education and training → Authorization of a master's program and implementation of 2 measures for the inclusion of students with special educational needs.
  2. Improvement of equal access to quality and inclusive services in education, training, and lifelong learning through the development of accessible infrastructure, including promoting resilience for distance and online education and training → implementation of 5 accessibility measures for people with disabilities.
  3. Improvement of equal access to quality and inclusive services in education, training, and lifelong learning through the development of accessible infrastructure, including promoting resilience for distance and online education and training → modernization of 8 faculties and modernization/equipment of 42 classrooms/seminars/laboratories.

The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and comprehensively to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
