The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor of a comprehensive implementation service in the SaaS model, including the identification and implementation of voicebot and chatbot solutions for the customer service of the City of Poznań, in accordance with the detailed description of the Subject of the Order, which is Annex No. 1 to the Agreement. As part of the order, the Contractor will provide the System, including AI and CRM tools, design the User Panel, integrate the System with the existing solutions of the Ordering Party, conduct training, and provide technical support and compliance with information security requirements, in accordance with Annexes No. 2 and 5 to the Agreement.
