1. Material scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as forest services, to be carried out in the Lubsko Forest District in 2020.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as forestry services in the field of work at the forest nursery and seed production resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

From No. 3.1. - Size of works by activity;

From No. 3.2. - Difficulty zones and skidding distances;

Z No. 3.3 - Harvesting sorting system

Z No. 3.4 - Protection of raids and growths.
