An energetic renovation of the Schiller Theater is planned. For this the following services are advertised:

Planning according to HOAI 2013, part 3 object planning, §§ 33, 34, appendix 10.

Special services of the object planning are the presentation of a health and safety coordinator, the preparation of an energy certificate, updates of the window list, building physics and structural services.

As a first step, phases 1-3 will be completed for the construction project Schillertheater, Bismarckstr. 110, 10625 Berlin. The commissioning of the service phases 4-9 is reserved. Possibly. a stepwise commissioning of the individual phases of service takes place.

As part of the BENE funding program (funding from the Berlin Program for Sustainable Development), the Schiller Theater is to be energetically renovated. For this purpose windows are to be renewed or refurbished, in some areas façade renovations and facade insulation work are planned, in part a roof surface renovation and insulation is planned. In addition, a hydraulic adjustment of the heating system to be performed. The services of the TGA planning must be taken into account and integrated into the object planning.

Possibly installations or the like are affected by the modernization measures. Required disassembly or assembly work must be agreed with the user. Cost z. For safety measures, implementation work, drainage and disassembly, for example, must be taken into account during planning. During construction, the building must be absolutely rainproof and climate-proof. During construction work, safety-relevant equipment (eg burglar protection, fire protection) must be secured, adapted and taken into account. A connection of the components to be renewed or revised to existing technical facilities is required. An interruption in operation of the building supervisory system is not permitted during operation or must be agreed with the building user or the responsible authorities.

In connection with the construction measure z. B. a scaffold position in different areas required or it must be stored on the property building materials. Therefore, restoration works in the field of outdoor facilities are necessary. The associated activities must be coordinated or supervised by the object planner. The corresponding costs have to be considered.

The implementation of the measures must be carried out as far as possible with simultaneous use of the building. Voting with the responsible monuments office is required.
