The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of diesel fuel to Częstochowa Municipal Enterprise Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 (12 months) in the amount of 360 m3.

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of diesel fuel to Częstochowa Municipal Enterprise Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 (12 months) in the amount of 360 m3.

1. Depending on its current needs, the Contracting Authority shall, during the duration of the contract (for a period of 12 months) place a unit procurement for the supply of diesel to the Contractor until the total quantity of the order is completed. The Contracting Authority is not obliged during the duration of the contract to purchase the maximum quantity of diesel, i.e. 360 m³

2. The place of delivery of diesel is Częstochowskie Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczynie. Konwaliowa Street 1, 42 — 263 Wrzosowa. Delivery will take place up to 48 hours from the time of placing the order (except Saturdays and statutory holidays). Deliveries will be accepted by the Ordering Party at 7.00 — 13.00 on working days.

3. Supplied diesel (summer, transitional or winter depending on the season) should meet all the required quality standards and have the required quality certificate (laboratory judgment);

4. Each diesel delivery will be up to 5,000 litres or more depending on current demand. The one-time quantity may change at the request of the Contracting Authority without affecting the applicable prices in settlements and without the need to annex the contract.
