Object of these services:

Framework agreement on the cleaning of various city buildings, school buildings, leisure buildings, cleaning on call and logistics assignments (exceptional assignments).

The cleaning work must be done by means of environmentally friendly cleaning methods and products in desks, meeting rooms, visitor rooms, sanitary rooms, classrooms, etc.

• Part assignment 1: Cleaning of various administrative city buildings and the OCMW heritage

• Assignment 2: Cleaning of various school buildings

• Part assignment 3: Cleaning of leisure buildings

• Part assignment 4: Logistics tasks on demand such as preparing refecters, meal service, service, clearing tables, picking up dirty dishes, washing dishes, cleaning refectory, making coffee and begging, garbage collection, cleaning up litter, etc (exceptional tasks with a dying out of character

• Assignment 5: Other cleaning tasks on call due to replacement, illness, leave or unforeseen circumstances within the internal cleaning organization of Stad and OCMW Roeselare

• Assignment 6: Cleaning homes /specialist work on call

Special work on call (such as cleaning after renovation works, specialist floor maintenance, specific cleaning works, etc.), cleaning of homes after moving and cleaning works if summer camps.

The assignment of the present order does not give the service provider any right of exclusivity. The contracting authority may, during the period of validity of the present contract and within the geographical description specified therein, have similar services performed by other service providers or by its own services without being liable to pay any compensation to the service provider appointed as a result of the present specifications.

Section 6: House cleaning /specialist work on call

- Possible in all buildings of Stad and OCMW Roeselare

- Homes

- Buildings where summer camps continue

The assignment can be explicitly extended 3 times, each time with a period of 1 year.
