3. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 455 (1) (1) of the Act, in connection with the specificity of the operation of the unit and the possibility of a decrease in the number of fed status, reserves the possibility of not fulfilling the entire contract without financial and legal consequences. Minimum remuneration for the Contractor in this case will be 1 482650,00 PLN gross
4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to unilaterally extend the period of implementation of the contract to 60 days after the date set out in the contract, within the framework of the funds laid down for that purpose and to request the conclusion of an annex to the contract
5. The Contracting Authority shall, in this proceeding, apply the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 of the Act.
