1.1) The Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out window cleaning services at a number of its administration, conference and housing buildings;

1.2) The Council requests proposals against the requirements set out below;

1.3) The contract will run for a period of 2 years with the option for extensions of 3 x 12 months. It is envisaged that the contract will commence on 16.11.2019.
