The service market consists of the collection of residual household waste and organic household waste by smart containers throughout the territory of the municipality of Donceel. Transport to the place of treatment in the facilities of the Intermunicipal Intradel is included.

The collection of residual and organic household waste will take place simultaneously in a duo truck whose waste will be sorted at the source, with identification and separate weighing.

The collection will take place every week and this, throughout the year. Currently, the day of the kidnapping is Thursday. This may be amended by mutual agreement between the successful tenderer and the contracting authority.

The company includes in particular:

a) collection of household waste by smart containers every Thursday (or Saturday if public holidays)

(b) the use of specially adapted collection vehicles and all their accessories in accordance with the legislation in force;

(c) all expenses of personnel assigned to the operation of vehicles;

(d) the expenses of personnel assigned to the collection;

(e) the transmission of individual data to the contracting authority (see technical clauses).

The collection takes place on the Donceel entity (including the villages of Donceel, Haneffe, Jeneffe and Limont) which had 3105 inhabitants and 1311 heads of households as of July 1, 2021.
