The subject of the contract is the planning services of Technical Equipment ALG 4, 5 and 6 (ELT) in accordance with § 53 ff HOAI 2021.
The city of Pfaffenhofen a. d. Ilm is planning the new construction of the St. Elisabeth daycare center with 3 crèche groups
for total approx. 39 crèche places and 5 kindergarten groups for total. approx. 130 kindergarten places. The new building 3 / 10
is to be built on the inner-city property of the existing kindergarten, which is based on

The day care center currently consists of two parts of the building, the kindergarten on the property with the
