Rana Municipality, c/o Rana Byggdrift KF, invites tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement for plumbing services for the period 01.10.2023 – 01.10.2025, with an option for further 1.0 year plus 1.0 year, for a maximum 4.0 years in total.

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with one supplier of plumbing services and active consultancy. The tenderer will contribute to the development of the production of services in the technical sector, with a focus on energy-saving products.

When ordering a plumber for assignments where consultancy is required, the tenderer will assist in proposing products and estimating time consumption. The cost estimate will provide the contracting authority with a basis for planning orders and commissioning.

The municipality wants to be a prioritised customer, and for the tenderer to have the expertise to provide technical assistance, simple sketches, cost calculations, calculations, etc. for planning and budgeting.

The plumbing work also includes work on sprinkler systems.

The contract is for preventive maintenance, new installations and upgrades. This includes various technical plumbing work, which is to be carried out in and on the municipality's properties/buildings, possibly buildings where the municipality is the tenant and is responsible for internal maintenance. Materials included in the work will also be part of the contract. All departments in Rana municipality will be able to use the framework agreement, including Eldres borettslag and Boligstiftelsen.
