The expansion of the parking garage consists of 2 or 3 new floors, located on top of the existing parking garage.

The offerings of 2 floors should be with foundations and constructive construction, as well as all engineering, prepared for 3 floors as well as option for later enlargement with 1 floor.
The extension is considered independently, but must be carried out with the same geometry and access conditions as existing parking garage.
The comprehensive contract offered includes supplementary design and execution of the extension, as described in the task-specific project description and in the other tendering material, which for the majority is at the main project level. Contract terms are set forth in the total repricing contract included in the tender materials.
The project material at the main project level is made available to the total contractor, who will scrutinize the material and assume responsibility and risk for the solutions/project.
The total contractor thus assumes full responsibility for design and execution by the total contract.
