As part of this tender, Omnibus-Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH "Heideland" (OVH) (hereinafter referred to as the client) is looking for subcontractors who will provide regular bus services in accordance with Section 42 of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) in the Northern Saxony district with their own vehicles from 1.1.2022. The client is a 100% subsidiary of the district of North Saxony, which, as the responsible authority and responsible authority according to Section 3 (1) and (2) of the Law on Local Public Transport in the Free State of Saxony, intends to provide the client with public transport services on January 1, 2022 (Line bundle "Landkreis Bus") by way of in-house allocation according to § 108 GWB. With this tender, the client is awarding around 65% of the public transport services of the line bundle "Landkreis Bus" to subcontractors.

Lot 1 (Schkeuditz) comprises the provision of mileage on lines 135, 190, 191, 193, 202, 203, 207, 208 and 209 with a total of approx. 550 786 timetable km / year.

Lot 2 (Delitzsch) includes the provision of mileage on lines 190, 192, 202, 203, 204, 209 as well as Delitzsch-A, Delitzsch-B, Delitzsch-C and Delitzsch-D with a total of approx. 972,525 timetable-km / Year.

Lot 3 (Bad Düben) comprises the provision of mileages on lines 196, 232, 235, 236, 238, 239 and Bad Düben A with a total of approx. 844,246 timetable km / year.

Lot 4 (Eilenburg I) comprises the provision of mileages on routes 196, 232, 235, 236, 238, 239 and Bad Düben A with a total of approx. 815 015 timetable km / year.

Lot 5 (Eilenburg II) includes the provision of mileage on the lines 195, 197, 221, 222, 229, 231, 232, Eilenburg A, Eilenburg B, on-call buses R1 and R2 with a total of approx. 600,611 timetable km / year .

Lot 6 (Torgau) comprises the provision of mileage on lines 751, 753, 755, 757, 758, 759, 781, 782, 783, 784, 785 and 816 with a total of approx. 794,296 timetable km / year.

Lot 7 (East Elbe) comprises the provision of mileage on lines 527, 759, 765, 766 and Torgau A with a total of approx. 220,206 timetable km / year.

Lot 8 (Oschatz) comprises the provision of mileage on lines 762, 764, 801, 802, 803, 804, 805, 806, 807, 810, 811, 815, 816, 817, 818 and 819 with a total of approx. 192 022 timetable km / year.
