LOT-0001
Category A: Integrated Marketing Campaigns.
The contracting authority is seeking the purchase of advertising space for integrated marketing campaigns (i.e., campaigns in at least two types of media simultaneously) in the usual types of media and formats:
a) television advertising in the form of commercials, program sponsorships, or mini-programs;
b) outdoor and indoor advertising (OOH) in the form of large advertising billboards (billboards, bigboards), city light showcases, advertising boards at public transport stops, advertising affixed to street lighting poles, advertising in transport vehicles, advertising in cinemas, advertising at points of sale, or in other public places;
c) advertising in newspapers (e.g., nationwide and regional titles), advertising in magazines and other media with lower periodicity, in supplements of printed media or inserts in printed titles;
d) advertising on the radio, for example in the form of commercials, program sponsorships, or mini-programs;
e) online advertising, for example in the form of display ads, text ads, pay-per-click ("PPC"), ads in search results, ads within social media, or video ads.

Category B: Online Advertising.
The contracting authority is seeking the purchase of advertising space and mobile devices using dominant online advertising systems, e.g., Google Ads, Sklik, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn networks, in the form of performance advertising, display ads, text ads, PPC, ads in search results, ads increasing post visibility on social media, ads promoting short videos, ads promoting software applications distributed on dominant software platforms, e.g., Apple Store or Google Play. The contracting authority explicitly allows the offering of equivalent solutions.

Category C: Outdoor and Indoor Advertising (OOH).
The contracting authority is seeking outdoor and indoor advertising using any combination of individual types of media and their formats in the form of large advertising billboards, city light showcases, advertising boards at public transport stops, advertising affixed to street lighting poles, advertising in transport vehicles, advertising in cinemas including cinema advertising, advertising at the point of sale, or advertising in other public places.

Category D: Print Advertising.
The contracting authority is seeking print advertising using any combination of individual types of media and their formats in the form of advertisements in newspapers, e.g., nationwide and regional titles, advertisements in magazines and other media with lower periodicity, in supplements of printed media or advertising inserts in printed titles.

Category E: Television Advertising.
The contracting authority is seeking to purchase advertising space in television broadcasting in the form of commercials, program sponsorships, or mini-programs.

Category F: Radio Advertising.
The contracting authority is seeking to purchase advertising space on the radio in the form of commercials, program sponsorships, or mini-programs.
