The purpose of this notice concerns the maintenance services for the operational condition of the MegaJoule Laser Pilot on behalf of CEA/CESTA.

This pilot consists of approximately 90 pre-amplifier modules (MPA) and 25 fiber source racks used to inject the laser chains.

The framework agreement for this purpose is divided into 9 items:

the first (fixed-price and firm) concerns the coverage and appropriation of the Source and MPA perimeters;

the second (fixed-price and firm) concerns management for a duration of 3 years;

the third (fixed-price and firm) concerns the production of documentary deliverables on operational condition level NTI1;

the fourth (based on unit price schedules) concerns assistance for preventive maintenance;

the fifth (based on unit price schedules) concerns assistance for corrective maintenance;

the sixth (based on fixed prior quotes and capped at a maximum of 15% of the fixed-price services) concerns supplies or additional services necessary for maintaining the operational condition of the Pilot;

the seventh (fixed-price and optional) concerns the extension of the agreement duration by an additional 6 months (including management);

the eighth (fixed-price and optional) concerns the extension of the agreement duration by an additional 6 months (including management); and

the ninth (fixed-price and optional) concerns the reversibility for a duration of 3 months.
