1. The subject of the proceeding is carried out under the project "Increasing the quality and availability of oncological diagnostics and oncological treatment at the University Clinical Center," implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other healthcare entities." 2. The subject of the order is the delivery of a computed tomography scanner with technical parameters specified in Annex number 4 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment," along with installation and training of the Ordering Party's staff. 3. The subject of this order includes: Computed tomography scanner (1 piece) with technical parameters specified in Annex number 4 to SWZ; 4. The aforementioned equipment must meet the boundary conditions specified in Annex number 4 to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the boundary conditions specified in Annex number 4 to SWZ will result in the rejection of the offer. 5. The technical documentation regarding radiological protection necessary for the implementation of the subject of the order is included in Annex number 13 to SWZ. 6. The description of the installation works is provided in Annex number 14 to SWZ.
