The subject of the contract is the comprehensive delivery, implementation, and support of an information system for managing the study agenda and academic-administrative processes of the University of Economics in Bratislava. The solution must reflect the requirements for user comfort, information security, operational efficiency, legislative compliance, and interoperability with existing infrastructure and national information systems. The subject of the contract consists of: A. Delivery and implementation of the information system license, which is detailed in the tender documents. This part of the description of the subject of the contract includes: · Delivery of the software license · Its installation on the virtual servers of the contracting authority · Implementation of the system, including data migration and user training. The applicant/provider will ensure training for key users of the system in the scope of at least: • 2 trainings for system administrators • 4 trainings for end users • Training will be conducted either in-person or online, with the possibility of recording • The applicant will provide training materials in electronic form. B. System support and maintenance services The software license will be operated on the virtual servers of the contracting authority. The applicant/supplier is obliged to ensure system maintenance by means of remote access or personal assistance. The purpose of providing these services is to ensure continuous production operation of the information system for managing the study agenda and academic-administrative processes of the University of Economics in Bratislava.
