The object of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Law of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — “Law on Forests”) covering the work to be carried out in the Lubsko Forest Area in the year 2022. The proceedings shall be carried out by means of an unrestricted tender pursuant to Article 129 (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of Public Procurement (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - “PZP”) and the implementing acts of the PZP.

The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds.

The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. — List of cuts of breeding nature in stands;

Annex No 3.7. — surfaces with planned protection of airstrikes and subplants.

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5., 3.6 are estimated.

The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
