1. The subject of the order is delivery and assembly:

— installation of solar vacuum collectors (78 sets),

— biomass boilers (in quantity 42),

— photovoltaic installations (in quantity of 204),

In the area of the Municipality of Modliborzyce.

2. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 91 (1) of the Pzp Act allows the submission of partial tenders, broken down into 2 parts

Annex 9 to SWZ — Part 2 of the order — Photovoltaic installations 3,10kWp.

1. Delivery and installation of vacuum solar collectors used to support water heating for the needs of residents in residential buildings. The type of installation set and the capacity of the tank c.w.u. was selected on the basis of the collected documentation taking into account the number of inhabitants and the location of the collectors. The current list of residents on which installations of the task are to be mounted, the Ordering Party will forward after signing a contract with the Contractor.

The scope of work of the installation of vacuum collectors includes all activities enabling and aimed at carrying out the technology of works, including:

(a) installation of 78 vacuum solar collector installations with a minimum power set:

1575W + tray c.w.u. 200l (number of sets 8)

2100W+ tray c.w.u. 200l (number of sets 49)

3150W+ tray c.w.u. 300l (number of sets 19)

4200W+ tray c.w.u. 400l (number of sets 2)

— together with the support structure appropriate to the assembly site.

(b) the insertion and foundation of the warmers c.w.u.

c) connection of the c.w.u. heater to the existing cold water installation.

(d) assembly of the pressure reducer (within unqualified costs).

e) installation of the diaphragmatic vessel assembly, together with the safety group (check valve).

(f) connection to the installation c.w.u. together with thermostatic anti-burn valve.

g) installation of the titanium anode in each warmers c.w.u..

h) the installation combining sets of collectors with the warmer c.w.u. (lower hose of the warmer c.w.u.) and its warming.

(i) installation of a solar pumping unit with fittings.

(j) installation of the control system, automation and LAN module.

k) assembly of the solar-diaphragmatic vessel assembly.

l) the performance of rinsing and installation pressure tests.

m) filling the installation with a solar agent.

n) the launch of the solar installation.

o) supplement the cavities of walls, ceilings and floors, repair of plaster, facades and its warming, sealing the roofing material after the passages of the wires.

p) training users and transfer the protocol to the Contracting Authority

q) drawing up and submitting the instructions for use.

Supply and installation of boilers (stoves) on biomass for the needs of residents in residential buildings are used to supply central heating and to heat hot water. The type and quantity of boilers was selected on the basis of the collected documentation submitted by the inhabitants of the municipality of Modliborzyce taking part in the above task. The current list of residents on which the installations of the task carried out will be installed, the Ordering Party will transmit after signing a contract with the Contractor.

The scope of work shall include all activities enabling and aimed at carrying out the technology of works, including, among others:

(a) installation of boilers (furnaces) to biomass including: installation of heating boilers c.o. + c.w.u. using biomass of nominal power:

− pellet — 20 kW (in quantity of 9)

− pellet — 25 kW (in quantity 4)

− wood gasification — 25 kW (in quantity 29)

(b) installation of fittings, equipment and other elements according to the technological scheme,

(c) installation of the control system,

(d) the manufacture of rinsing and pressure tests of the installation,

(e) filling of the installation,

(f) the launch of the installation,

g) training Users,

(h) draw up the instructions for use and provide it to the Users,

i) replenishment and sealing of cavities after the passages of the ducts.

j) manufacture of cold water, warm c.o. and electrical

(k) installation of modules in boilers allowing for subsequent inclusive system

3. Detailed description of the object of the order (“OPZ”) is: Annex No 8 to SWZ — Part 1 of the order - Solar collector installations...

(a) installation based on the technical documentation of 204 sets of photovoltaic installations, each with a minimum capacity of 3,10kWp, together with a structure adapted to the assembly site, including:

− 202 sets mounted on residential and economic buildings of natural persons,

− 2 sets mounted on the ground in a natural person,

(b) installation of a supporting structure on a roof or soil,

c) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure,

(d) installation of DC/AC inverters,

e) installation of designed electrical switchgear,

f) installation of designed electrical installations nn - 0,4kV,

g) installation of compensatory connections.

(h) making electrical measurements of the entire system,

(i) trial commissioning of the entire installation after connecting it to the distribution network,

(j) training all users with the operating, use, safety maintenance policies associated with the use of the installed PV installation,

(k) the development of detailed instructions for use and submission to users,

(l) notification of the preparedness of the photovoltaic installation to the distribution network operator.
