Windesheim wants to enter into a framework agreement with one contractor for the execution of delivery of (E-) books. The framework agreement has an initial duration of two (2) years with the possibility to extend it twice (2) by one (1) year. The contract shall be awarded to the Tenderer with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender on the basis of the award criterion of best value for money. The intended start date of the assignment is 1 March 2023.

In addition, the Media Centre orders weekly domestic and foreign books for the central library facility. The employees and the media centre order this via the Prenax webshop.

By means of this tender, Windesheim wishes to contract one Contractor who can carry out this assignment and offer a high quality of service.
