The scope covers the acquisition, implementation and maintenance (hosting and technical (application) management) of the LMS, in the form of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, where the Contractor acts as a partner in future developments.

The LMS is being implemented at Zadkine, Techniek College Rotterdam and VAVO Rijnmond College.
