The objective of the tender notice is to enter into a Framework Agreement with one service provider who must conduct national sales of vicarages. By using this type of contract Ovf's requirement for continuous rapid procurements of services of equivalent nature will be covered. The contract must also include assistance for sale of agricultural land (farmland and forest) and buildings that are not vicarages. Ovf will also require assistance for financial valuation for some properties.

The contract will be implemented in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17.7.2016 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations from 12.8.2016, No. 974 (PPR), Sections I and III. A contract will be awarded
