the consultation aims to conclude framework agreements with purchase orders for the supply of cleaning products, drugstore articles, brushes, disposable products, cold bond trays and miscellaneous for a period of one year tacitly renewable 3 times a year without the total duration of the contract being able to exceed 4 years. The services are divided into 3 separate lots. For each of the lots, the services give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum, in application of article R.2162-4-1° of the Public Order Code
