Description:
Providing SAN switch maintenance

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party*.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Specification of the Terms of the Contract (hereinafter: "SWZ").
