Delivery and installation of furniture such as whiteboard frames, tables, benches and

Seating platforms including provision for electrification of the furniture elements

The work is to be carried out on the following floors:

Main building: 1st-4th floor

Extension: ground floor - 4th floor

scope

• Clarification of the order with specifications of colours, decors, details

• Measurement of the rooms up to 3 times during the project phase, depending on the need

• Appointment and assignment of a German-speaking site manager/project manager who is constantly involved in the construction project

and is available to the project manager of the specialist planner as a contact person

• Inspection of the preliminary trades up to 3 times during the project phase, depending on the need

• If on-site advance work is required, the contractor must provide the client with the following information in good time:

to hand over the necessary information, if possible in connection with detailed drawings

• delivery free of charge at the point of use

• Set-up, maintenance and clearance of the construction site, including places / construction, provision and dismantling of all for

the implementation of necessary tools, equipment, machines (including ladders, lifting devices, cranes, etc.) as well as

other aids.

• the complete ready-to-use and ready-to-use assembly (incl. connection work)

• the media connections of the furniture to the on-site media, including mounting and connection material

• Provision of the service description on the construction site

• Instruction of users in the use of the facility (repetition of the instruction if necessary)
