Realization of topographic surveys or plans of digitized surveys coded on the private and public domains of the territory of the members of a control group.
In order to avoid a monopoly situation while maintaining responsiveness, the group will be divided into 2 geographical lots and 1 additional lot concerning the specificity of wet networks. Lots 1 and 2 may not be awarded to the same service provider, lot 3 may be awarded to one of the service providers of lots 1 or 2.
The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded for 2 years renewable 1 time, with a minimum and maximum amount per lot
