Rental incl. full service of 4 mobile excavators or material handling machines including hydraulic quick couplers and attachments for goods handling at Seehafen Wismar GmbH

1. Delivery (transport incl. de-assembly), commissioning and one-month trial operation (incl. instruction of the client including necessary adjustments of device parameters by the contractor as well as full service during the entire rental period. Installation of a separate telematics system by the AG Power supply via battery (continuous plus) and ignition lock (plus), diagnostic tapping from the CAN bus
2. Conditions of use
• Use: 24/7
• No regular driver principle
• Operation on internal traffic and storage areas
• Operation with port diesel / red diesel according to DIN EN 590
• Operating temperature: -20 to +40°C
• Dusty environmental conditions as well as corrosion-promoting salt, dirt and gas components in the air (sea climate suitability)
• Handling of bulk piece and bulk goods (mainly round wood, coarse and shredder scrap, wood chips/pellets as well as grit, fertilizer, peat etc.)

4. Documentation:
For commissioning, the Contractor shall provide all information for the information under point 3
mentioned devices and attachments including their facilities digitally to the Client on
CD.
Specifically, these are the following documents:
•Declaration of conformity according to EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
•Risk assessment including determination of review deadlines
•Acceptance and commissioning protocols
•Maintenance / repair instructions incl. spare parts / parts lists as well as
Schematics
•Operating instructions (additionally 1 time in paper form)
•Overview of all wear and tear to be changed during the rental period
share incl. their change intervals
5. Vertragsgrundlagen:
5.1 Rental agreement:
• Rental start: 1.8.2023, rental period: 48 months;
• Start of use in transshipment operation no later than 03.07.2023 (trial operation)
• 3,000 hours ±5% per year/pool (total runtime 12,000 operating hours per device)
5.2 Full-Service:
As part of the full service, the following services are to be provided by the Contractor:
labour and travel expenses; freight costs; Disposal of consumer goods; Provision of lubricants and operating fluids; Maintenance, inspection and testing including material and cleaning as well as timely notification to the Client (at least 50 hours before the due date); Preventive repair incl. material and cleaning; Monitoring of the wear condition of parts in contact with the ground, including the timely notification of the necessary change intervals to the Client; on-call duty; Response time of maximum 4 hours;
Processing of warranty services; Keeping proof of work (repair, work and test reports);
5.3 Insurance:
• The Client takes out machine breakage insurance on the basis of the ABMG 2008 (except for "internal damage") and includes the equipment in its liability insurance.
